We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Intern to support the Studio WellnessDivision, which focuses on clients in the health, wellness, fitness, and lifestyle space.
Qualifications
- Passionate about wellness, fitness, and healthy living
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in research and staying ahead of industry trends
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Team player with a collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn
- Familiarity with PR platforms (e.g., Muck Rack, Cision), social media tools and previous PR experience is a plus (but not required)
- Ability to work part-time hours
Duties
- Assist in drafting press releases, pitches and media alerts; support teams in building media and influencer lists for Powers Wellness Division clients
- Support media outreach and influencer engagement across health, wellness, fitness and consumer lifestyle verticals
- Conduct research and trend analysis on the wellness sector
- Help plan and coordinate brand events, activations, and sampling opportunities
- Monitor media coverage, compile press clippings and assist with building client reports
