Qualifications
- Must be actively enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited institution during the entire duration of the program (September 2025 through April 2026). December 2025 graduates are not eligible for our 2025-2026 Academic Year Internship Program.
- Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits).
- Must be presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and must not require work visa sponsorship from NBCUniversal now or in the future to retain authorization to work in the United States.
Duties
- Assist with weekly social reporting (growth, engagement, benchmarks, campaign recaps)
- Monitor real-time trends and prep weekly social listening highlights, viral content, or potential crises, and provide timely alerts to relevant teams
- Help create dashboards and visual reports on campaign effectiveness
- Analyze both quantitative and qualitative social data to uncover actionable insights regarding audience perception and engagement
- Maintain Boolean queries and listening setups for key projects
- Transform social sentiment and performance data into clear, visually compelling presentations and dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Pull data from native platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Present performance findings and key insights to stakeholders
