Qualifications
- Must be actively enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited institution during the entire duration of the program (September 2025 through April 2026). December 2025 graduates are not eligible for our 2025-2026 Academic Year Internship Program.
- Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits).
Duties
- Support editorial team in the daily execution of a show.
- Coordinate logistics for guests, including transportation, wardrobe, arrival at the studio, and scripts.
- Distribute rundowns, scripts, and production notes.
- Assist during live broadcasts.
- Help manage props, set pieces, and any on-air materials.
- Liaise with other departments such as makeup, graphics, control room, and audio.
- Keep track of production schedules and daily checklists.
- Act as a technical assistant to the engineer in charge and tech manager.
- Support the Field Operation’s team with technical documentation of equipment and broadcast kits.
