Qualifications
- Strong writing and editing skills
- A deep understanding of LinkedIn's professional networking dynamics
- The ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Working towards a Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Fashion degree. Other writing/research-intensive majors will be considered
- Able to work part-time hours
Duties
- Develop bi-monthly LinkedIn newsletter content, including topic research and copywriting
- Participate in one-on-one working sessions with founder Tirsa Parrish
- Gain hands-on experience in running a startup web platform
- Create content calendars and analyze engagement metrics for both LinkedIn and newsletter performance
- Monitor and respond to comments within 1-2 hours during business hours to maximize algorithm reach and facilitate meaningful engagement
- Other duties as assigned
