This role is part of the Business Development team and will involve outreach to industry professionals, suppliers, and manufacturers to get them to sign up on our platform, Fashion Index, as well as helping with our email drip campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Canva and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook Content
- Pay: Unpaid, for College/Academic Credit. This requires a concurrent internship class
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to apply classroom knowledge to real-world situations in Corporate Outreach, PR, Marketing, etc.
- Outgoing, positive, honest, loyal, and dependable with strong follow-thru
- Able to work part-time hours
Duties
- Manage leads and sales: Assist with inbound/outreach meetings, communication, scheduling, and follow-ups; cold call and DM prospective businesses
- Verify leads and report: Track lead metrics, report promotional engagement, and inform listers of platform updates
- Research and outreach: Identify target companies, conduct daily outreach, and secure meetings through calls and emails
- Develop E-newsletters: Create engaging E-newsletters with lister content and industry insights
