Akture is a fast-growing startup dedicated to redefining how recreational sports are experienced and shared. We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Marketing Intern to focus primarily on Instagram content creation and community engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Instagram trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Excellent written communication skills and a creative mindset
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (prior experience with Canva, CapCut, AdobeExpress or similar software is highly preferred)
- Highly organized, self-starter mentality, and able to meet deadlines without direct supervision
- Bonus: Familiarity with email marketing platforms (like Mailchimp) or content analytics tools (like Later, Buffer, or Instagram Insights)
Duties
- Develop and execute a content calendar for Instagram, including posts, reels, and stories
- Write compelling captions and hashtags to maximize reach and engagement
- Actively interact with followers and other relevant pages to increase visibility
- Analyze engagement metrics and make strategic recommendations for content improvements
- Assist with broader outreach efforts such as email marketing, influencer collaborations, and strategic partnerships
- Support content repurposing across other channels (LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
