As a Social Media Intern, you will assist in the planning, creation, and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms. You will gain hands-on experience working with health care clients, learning how to tailor content to the specific needs of the industry while helping to grow their digital presence.
Qualifications
- Some experience using/working with all Social Media Platforms.
- Some experience using photo/video editing tools for Social Media.
- Some experience using Social Media tools outside the platforms.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Passion for social media and a strong understanding of its role in digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail in content creation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Interest in the health care industry is a plus!
Duties
- Assist in developing and scheduling social media content (posts, stories, videos) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn and X.
- Research and monitor trends, hashtags, and relevant industry topics to keep our content fresh and engaging.
- Support the team in crafting and executing paid social media ad campaigns.
- Engage with social media audiences by responding to comments, messages, and fostering community interaction.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visuals that align with the brand's message.
- Stay up-to-date on social media best practices, platform updates, and trends within the health care industry.
