Sales Development Representative Intern - Summer 2026

Company Information

We are seeking new hires who are interested in getting into a rapidly growing company and taking advantage of the opportunity to expand their career with hands-on training. This entry-level position will be to fulfill a sales development position for a marketing firm. 

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You can communicate value to key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
  • Process-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Able to maintain a regular work schedule of 15-20 hours per week
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite, and CRM systems such as Salesforce.com
  • You’re highly coachable and seek to continuously improve through feedback

Duties

  • Professionally communicate via phone and email to set appointments for assigned projects. Effectively cold call and build a lead generation pipeline
  • Internalize and accurately leverage processes, industry best practices, and applicable tools like Salesforce and G-Suite
  • Continuously learn about project specifics including, but not limited to, the value proposition, discovery/qualification criteria, and competitive landscape
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly target established by supervisor
  • Work effectively in a collaborative work environment and professionally represent the business
  • Adherence and accountability with regards to company policies and values
