We are a global, full-service integrated marketing agency, specializing in event design & production, brand marketing, marketing strategy, sponsorships, talent management & bookings, publicity, and social media & influencer relations. Qualifications
- Must be able to receive school credit for completing an internship
- Comfortable completing an unpaid internship (Our internships are for academic credit only)
- Is available to join us 3+ days per week (or a minimum of 24 hours per week) for at least 4 months.
- Interest in learning about starting, managing, and/or growing a business
- Must have EXCELLENT written and verbal English language skills
- Proactive team player; accountable and responsible
- Creative thinker with the ability to identify upcoming trends
- Problem solver, aptitude to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with outstanding multitasking and organizational skills
- Must be highly skilled with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and Keynote preferred, but not essential
Duties
- Participate in brainstorms
- Assist with vendor outreach and proposal building
- Support with sourcing materials and locations
- Manage project timelines
- Research emerging trends in the space
- Assist with budget reconciliation
- Support creation of case studies and other recap and executional decks
- Provide administrative support (meeting deadlines, tracking projects and budgets).
