Herizon Productions is an award-winning production company specializing in documentary storytelling. In the past few
years, our projects have aired or streamed on HBO, Max, National Geographic, Disney+, CBS, CNN, The New Yorker, FOX,
MTV, Discovery ID, Lifetime, WEtv, OWN, and PBS.

Qualifications

• Juniors, seniors, and graduate students only
• Must have a Mac laptop
• Editing (Adobe Premiere/Final Cut Pro)
• Spreadsheets (thorough knowledge of Excel is a plus)
• Writing (proposals, treatments, professional emails, etc.)
• Shooting (various consumer and professional HD cameras)
• Brainstorming (fun, creative, fresh ideas are a must!)

Duties

• Draft and design pitch materials (one-sheets, decks)
• Conduct extensive project research, gather found media
• Create string outs, footage logs, collaborate on sizzles
• Transcribe interviews
• Assist in making call sheets, travel coordination, and other pre-production work
• Be an on-call/remote PA during shoots
• Research and pitch project ideas each week to the team
• QuickBooks accounting
