Company Information
Los Angeles Dodgers Productions works within the Marketing & Broadcasting department and handles the in-house production needs of the organization. Those needs include in-game entertainment, television commercials in English and Spanish, community event coverage, internal projects, and assisting with marketing and social media assets.
Qualifications
- Candidates are highly encouraged to submit a demo reel or work samples with their application
- Interests or prior experience in video editing, motion graphics, graphic design, camera work, and pre and post-production
- Knowledge of the Adobe Creative suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects)
- Must be detailed-oriented with the ability to handle multiple assignments and projects under pressure
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Motivated, self-starter, who has the ability to produce, shoot, and edit an event from start to finish
- Must demonstrate a proactive attitude towards acquiring new knowledge and skills
- Willing to actively listen to and consider feedback, demonstrating a growth mindset
- Must be a rising sophomore, junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree OR are currently enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited institution
- Must be available to live and work in Los Angeles or your assigned office location throughout the duration of your 3-month program during the summer months
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
- Passionate about working for a professional sports team
- Proactive and out of the box thinking
Duties
- Assist and contribute to various projects in the Los Angeles Dodgers Productions workflow
- Support hands on pre-production projects (working with lights and production equipment), to video editing
- Other duties as assigned
