This is an exciting virtual internship opportunity to gain hands-on experience in podcast production, media strategy, and AI-driven content creation while working directly with Felicia Shakiba, founder of LeaderbookAI and host of the LeaderbookAI Podcast.
The LeaderbookAI Podcast features CEOs, investors, founders, and C-suite leaders discussing leadership, AI transformation, and the challenges of building modern organizations.
Qualifications
- Experience with Figma or design tools
- Interest in AI tools or building agentic workflows for marketing and social media
- Interest in podcast studio design and creative production
- Able to work part-time hours
Duties
- Review and select from inbound podcast guest pitches
- Screen potential guests and coordinate discovery calls
- Manage the recording pipeline and scheduling
- Prepare research and interview questions for recording days
- Use Figma to create episode thumbnails and podcast graphics
