We are a global, full-service integrated marketing agency, specializing in event design & production, brand marketing, marketing strategy, sponsorships, talent management & bookings, publicity, and social media & influencer relations. We constantly strive to expand our offering as an agency. 

Qualifications

  • Must be able to receive school credit for completing an internship
  • Comfortable completing an unpaid internship (Our internships are for academic credit only)
  • Is available to join us 3+ days per week (or a minimum of 24 hours per week).
  • Interest in learning about starting, managing, and/or growing a business
  • Must have EXCELLENT written and verbal English language skills
  • Proactive team player; accountable and responsible
  • Creative thinker with the ability to identify upcoming trends
  • Problem solver, aptitude to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail with outstanding multitasking and organizational skills
  • Must be highly skilled with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and Keynote preferred, but not essential

Duties

  • Assisting in the review and management of all ongoing projects and programs conducted by the company.
  • Utilizing Workbook, BMF's project management software, to support project tracking and organization.
  • Compiling financial information for clients and internal departments.
  • Taking charge of expense management.
  • Assisting with the recruitment process for BMF internships.
  • Supporting data tracking for Freelancer contracts and payments.
  • Providing support for tasks related to onboarding and employee setup.
  • Aiding our HR department in tracking internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other office-related tasks.
  • Contributing to project resourcing by updating our resourcing tracker.
  • Participating in meetings as required, taking notes, updating trackers, and sending necessary follow-ups.
