Qualifications
- Must be actively enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited institution during the entire duration of the program (September 2025 through April 2026). December 2025 graduates are not eligible for our 2025-2026 Academic Year Internship Program.
- Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits).
Duties
- You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to our cross-functional teams and learn from product, engineering, and user insights leaders in addition to being embedded in the design team.
- You will also help create charts, maps and graphics for breaking news stories and for reported features.
- The intern will be working on various team initiatives following engineering best practices and writing quality code.
- Learn quality-engineering process & practices involved in building & delivering high quality scalable products across NBC News’s digital platforms.
