An internship with The National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame (NFF) entails working directly with the Foundation’s communications, events and special projects teams at the organization’s national headquarters in Irving, Texas.
Qualifications
- Applicants should have a strong interest in communications, public relations, event planning and/or marketing.
- Strong writing skills are a plus, and candidates should have an interest in sports and college football history.
Duties
- Responsibilities include research projects, writing press releases and stories for the NFF’s print and electronic publications, producing videos from the NFF’s digital platforms, marketing, social media, database entry, and promotional projects.
- Interns will gain valuable experience in the communications, sports marketing and non-profit fields with a strong emphasis on developing their writing, organizational, and professional skills.
- NFF Interns receive direct supervision and routine feedback from a team of professionals who provide training in many of the latest communications techniques and tools with a combined 100-plus years of experience.
