We’re looking for driven college students to help bring our premium, heavyweight merchandise to student organizations, startups and small businesses across the country.
About Us
Couture is a fast-growing merch startup delivering high-quality, custom apparel to student organizations and startups.
Founded by three college friends the first semester after graduating from the University of Michigan, we’ve worked with over 100 clients in just 6 months, including student orgs at universities nationwide and emerging startups across industries.
We help organizations rep their brand with premium merch they’re actually proud to wear.

About the Role
As a Marketing Intern, your main job is to support outreach and expansion into the startup and small business scene. You’ll help us connect with potential clients, sit in on sales conversations, and assist with marketing content and social media. You’ll earn 10% commission on every closed order through your reach out.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident networker, online and in-person
- Organized and reliable when handling outreach and follow-ups
Duties
- Help identify and reach out to startups, founders, and small business owners
- Join sales conversations and support the client acquisition process
- Contribute ideas and content for our social media and marketing campaigns
