RallyFuel is the fan-powered NIL platform connecting college athletes with the fans who believe in them. Based in St. Petersburg, FL, we've built something the sports world has never seen: a "no-risk" Conditional NIL Engagement model where fans can commit support to athletes before they commit to a school — and if the athlete goes elsewhere, fans get their money back in full. Beyond transactions, RallyFuel is a thriving community with live leaderboards, gamified rewards, exclusive events, and real-time compliance tools for schools.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (marketing, communications, sports management, or related field)
- Genuine passion for college sports and the athlete experience
- Comfortable creating short-form content and showing up on camera
- Self-starter with strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with NIL, college athletics, or the creator economy is a big plus
- Ability to work part-time hours
Duties
- Create and schedule content across TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and Snapchat that resonates with college sports fans and athletes
- Help plan and execute community events, activations, and campus outreach initiatives
- Engage with members, athletes, and fans to build relationships and grow the RallyFuel community
- Identify and reach out to potential brand partners, campus ambassadors, and NIL sponsors
- Track growth metrics, engagement, and community health — and share weekly insights
