Qualifications
- Must be at least a senior (undergrad) or a graduate looking to gain experience
- Lives in the NY area
- Must be highly organized and able to multi-task
- Proficient with Google Drive & MS Office Suite
- Must be detailed-oriented and self-motivated, capable of working independently and as a team
Duties
- Basic administrative assistance
- Booking travel
- Sourcing of materials (décor, props, etc.)
- Generate inventory and contact sheets
- Track all inventory for events
