We have a vacancy in the Beacon area for a part time editorial/office assistant for the production of New York Moves magazine www.newyorkmoves.com, a print and online fashion and lifestyle magazine for New York City women... and men.  

Qualifications

• Requirements include a working knowledge of computers, an excellent telephone manner and attention to detail. But most of all energy and enthusiasm.
• No previous experience of the publishing industry is required as on-site trainng will be given.

Duties

• Duties include research, emailing, record keeping, updating contact lists, supporting publisher's and editorial departments.
