Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in a college or university and eligible to receive school credit
- A strong interest in PR, podcasts, digital media, or entertainment journalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage time independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with Google Drive, social platforms, and basic design tools (Canva, Notion, etc.)
- Bonus: Experience with PR tools like Muck Rack or podcast platforms like Spotify/Apple
Duties
- Build and update media lists for podcast launches and campaign outreach
- Social content creation for SickBird's shows & social channels
- Assist with pitch decks, lead sourcing, and creative across SickBird's branded content accounts
- Support the development of episode descriptions, social captions, and promotional language
- Focus on content creation, editing, posting strategy, and analytics for Snapchat and other digital platforms
