Our Analytics team at Tapestry (Coach, Kate Spade & Stuart Weitzman) supports the 800,000 square foot Fulfillment Center in North Las Vegas and other North America DCs through leveraging data and analytics to optimize supply chain efficiency. Key responsibilities include automating manual processes via data pipelines and Power Apps, conducting data analyses to identify improvement opportunities (inventory, logistics, supplier performance, cost savings), designing interactive dashboards for supply chain metrics/KPIs with data visualization, collaborating with Operations to implement solutions based on insights, and driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Must be a junior, senior, or new graduate with relevant coursework
- SQL knowledge
- Dashboarding Tool experience (Tableau Preferred)
- Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio experience
- Must be able to work onsite for full 12 weeks of internship
Duties
- Perform comprehensive data analyses to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement within supply chain operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions to address operational challenges.
- Design and develop efficient SQL queries to extract relevant data from various data sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Design and implement interactive dashboards and data visualization tools to effectively communicate critical operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and business stakeholders, to understand their data needs and priorities.
- Leverage data-driven techniques, such as process mining and process mapping, to gain comprehensive insights into existing processes. Conduct in-depth analyses of current operational processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
