Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with learning new software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Duties
- Assist the Customer Success team in onboarding new clients, including setting up new accounts, customizing Bullseye environments, and ensuring smooth implementation.
- Support customer outreach initiatives, including follow-up emails, phone calls, feedback collection, and responding to inquiries.
- Assist in tracking customer usage and engagement metrics to identify trends and areas where additional support may be needed or customer success stories may be told.
- Handle customers that deviate from the standard path, utilizing problem-solving skills to bring them back on track.
- Design and execute on email campaigns, create effective communications, and report trends about efficacy and response rates.
