We are hiring a part-time Spring 2025 Intern to join our team as Corporate Social Media Brand Engagement Intern. This is a hybrid role based in Morrisville, NC. Onsite presence will be required 2 days/week. This role will be part-time during the Spring semester and full-time during the Summer. The target start date will be January 2025.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field with an expected graduation date of 2026 or 2027
  • Passion for social media, influencer marketing, and the tech industry
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to write engaging social media copy that resonates with diverse audiences
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and experience with social media trends
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn. Think chronically online
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with social media tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or similar is a plus
  • Previous experience with influencer campaigns or social media marketing is a bonus

Duties

  • Assist in planning and executing surprise and delight campaigns for influencers and followers to increase brand awareness and loyalty for @Lenovo. • Develop creative concepts for personalized gifting, experiences, or activations to delight influencers
  • Track and manage conversations ensuring timely follow-ups and feedback
  • Report on surprise and delight campaign performance, social media engagement metrics, and fan relationships
  • Monitor social media trends, conversations, and cultural moments to identify opportunities for Lenovo to participate in a relevant and timely manner
  • Support the Brand Engagement Lead by triaging incoming conversations and replying on behalf of the brand to both proactive and reactive marketing opportunities
  • Keep team abreast of trending concepts to tap into or popular creators to engage with
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, and customer service to ensure cohesive social media strategy and execution
