Content Production Intern

Forget the “get the coffee” internship. We aren’t looking for someone who just “likes” social media; we’re looking for a creator. 

Qualifications

• You’re a proven creator with a portfolio (professional or personal) that proves you know how to build an audience and tell a story through a lens
• You don’t just follow trends; you anticipate them. Basic familiarity with AI tools or emerging AI technologies is a plus
• You’re eager to learn, have a great attitude, are curious, adapt quickly and are ready to apply and refine your production skills with a team
• You’re an organized pro who can juggle multiple and changing priorities without dropping the ball
• You are familiar with Adobe Creative Suite programs (Premiere, AfterEffects, Photoshop, Audition)
• You must have reliable transportation for shoot locations. Must be available to work 22.5 hours a week

Duties

• Pre-Production: Research content trends and audience insights, brainstorm concepts, help plan content calendars
• On-Set Production: Support content for social media, digital and broadcast marketing campaigns – including filming/photography – capture behind-the-scenes content
• Post-Production: Assist with video/photo editing and help organize and maintain digital media assets and production files
• Agency Learning: Act as a trend consultant for our creative teams, sharing your experience with current media landscapes, platforms, production best practices and trends
