Prominent, luxury, travel, and lifestyle Forbes.com writer, publisher, media strategist, and public relations business owner Paula Conway is seeking a Communications and Social Media Intern.
This particular internship will focus on The Candy Bowl with Paula Conway, a luxury and lifestyle podcast that integrates Paula’s brands and image in the luxury lifestyle space and her addiction to candy. This internship falls under the larger business umbrella of Astonish Media Group.
Qualifications
- Some writing experience and solid work/internship experience required. PR writing experience is a plus
- Be organized, passionate and willing to dig in and commit your time and energy to learn the necessary skills
- Have social media experience and love working online
- Be interested in research
Duties
- Research podcast locations, partners and brands aligned with Paula’s brand portfolio, largely located in the local Connecticut and Fairfield County area
- Podcast booking engagements with luxury hotels and brands
- Social media creation, execution, management
- Creating, updating and maintaining Paula’s media kit and image collateral
- Creating media lists
- Maintain and expand 6-month calendar
