The Brand Management - LATAM Summer Intern will acquire hands-on experience in the world of Brand Management. The Brand LATAM team drives the success of Authentic’s world-renowned business in the LATAM region. As an intern on our team, you’ll learn the ins, outs, and nuts and bolts of what it takes to ensure continued organic growth and viability in the LATAM market across all channels through strategic licensing programs and retail distribution.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled university student
- Fluent in both English & Spanish
- Able to work up to 20 hours per week
- Strong analytical skills
- Willingness to get your hands dirty and make things happen
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortability in a high-paced, collaborative environment
- Detail oriented
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and G Suite
- Process-driven and constantly looking for ways to streamline and simplify complex tasks
Duties
- Brand Management for Authentic's International Licensees across the LATAM region
- Tracking of contractual obligations including Certificates of Insurance and Letters of Credit
- Royalty Reporting
- Learning the International business, reviewing licensee contracts and summarizing product and country details
- Maintaining the open categories report
- Accumulate knowledge across Authentic through working on all brands and exposure to cross-functional departments
