We are seeking a motivated post-production intern to join our team in organizing our extensive videotape archives. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring individual to gain hands-on experience in the world of video archiving and preservation.
Qualifications
- Proficient in technical computer skills and managing hard drives
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in video editing
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for troubleshooting tech issues
Duties
- Assist in archiving media on external hard drives
- Transfer media from various drives and erase redundant files
- Digitizing from source tapes, including Hi8 and min DV formats
- Utilize Google Spreadsheets to create detailed logs of archived content
- Aid in researching and resolving technical issues as they arise
