Company Information

Reaching & Rooted is a dynamic Process Publishing Agency that specializes in creating exceptional media content for small businesses, and independent brands. Our comprehensive approach to process publishing sets us apart from other content creation agencies and allows us to offer a truly transformative service for our clients. Reaching & Rooted defines process publishing as the act of discovering, documenting, and publishing a company's processes in a clear and concise manner to increase productivity, reduce operational waste, and foster a culture of continuous improvement; which helps leaders establish their authority in their respective industries through the power of their unique brand, process, and sharing it with the world (whether they choose to generate awareness or sell their book.)
We leverage the power of AI meeting decades of operational prowess and the power of the written word to give a voice to the voiceless by working with CEOs and entrepreneurs to create an employee manual or a book that documents their unique process and story (or both). Reaching & Rooted has partnered with the largest distribution platforms in the world with access to publishing on Amazon and over 40,000 retailers in 200+ countries.
At Reaching & Rooted, we produce books that offer CEOs and their teams a structured approach to their business while generating awareness, passive income, and new clientele for their growing enterprises. Our mission extends beyond just creating written content; we aim to empower entrepreneurs and business leaders with the tools to share their knowledge and expertise, reclaim their time through processes, and ultimately focus on growing their businesses.
