The Event Marketing Assistant will participate as member of a team of professional, dedicated employees managing internal and external marketing efforts. This position must utilize skills including team-based interaction, project management, goal setting and administrative support. The Event Marketing Assistant must have the ability to work under pressure, demonstrate active listening and exhibit organizational skills. This is a demanding and diverse role that includes a mix of administrative tasks, project coordination and creative work.
Duties
- Create and manage project plans for various event marketing activities
- Assisting team members in coordinate demo kits, by identifying POS, assembling, and organizing requirements
- Provide administrative support to each member of the team as needed
- Provide support to team members in social media campaign and monitoring process as needed
- Assist in collating marketing materials as needed
- Maintain files for graphic related projects
- Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for completion of new and different requests
