As a leading creator tech business focused on revolutionizing the way A-list celebrities engage with their fans, 237 Global curates both virtual and in-person VIP experiences for their clients, as well as develops custom apps for creators, artists, and athletes.
237 Global is accepting intern applications for the Summer 2024 semester (Flexible: 5/22 - 8/22). This position is currently offered in-person in our Nashville office.
Interns will assist our Nashville office with day-to-day tasks with a focus on merchandise and fulfillment, digital/tech, concerts and live events, as well as admin and office management. The program will include learning sessions that will inform a semester-long project to be presented to the department at the conclusion of the program.
Pay: $500/month stipend + College Credit if applicable
Qualifications
- Ability to be in office for tasks at least 15 hours/week
- Strong knowledge of Google Apps & Microsoft Office
- Ability to solve problems proactively
- Ready to be part of a fast paced team
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for Music and/or Entertainment as a whole
- Strong organizational skills
Duties
- Proofread documents and communications as needed
- Check ticket links during presales and onsales
- Act as office manager, receiving packages, greeting guests, helping with office needs
- Assist with the logging & tracking of road cases and their contents before and after tour
- Help prep shipments and pick ups for tours
- Support Nashville Ops Coordinator on fulfillment projects
- Handle mailing of misc. merch to customers
- Gather data on up-and-coming artists for the companyRequirements
