POINT3 (as in :00.3 seconds) embodies the critical moment in basketball—the split second that defines the outcome. Recently, we secured an NBA license for backpacks, marking a significant market pivot and unlocking new growth opportunities. Our journey began on the basketball court, innovating shorts with built-in towels to keep players' hands dry. This technology, known as DRYV®, earned a patent and propelled POINT3 to leadership in athletic apparel innovation.
To continue propelling our growth, we're seeking a dynamic Product Development Intern who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to dive deep into the creative process. As part of our team, you'll be immersed in every stage of product development, from ideation to prototyping and refinement. Reporting directly to our Head of Product Development, this role offers a unique entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in designing and innovating athletic apparel at a high-growth brand disrupting the industry. Qualifications

  • Strong passion for sports and athletic apparel design
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Duties

  • Collaborate with the product development team to conceptualize and create innovative athletic apparel designs
  • Assist in the development and refinement of product prototypes and samples
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement
  • Support in the creation of Tech Packs and specifications for manufacturing
