Internships help self-motivated students boister their career path with real-life experience. The Synergy Leadership Internship offers young scholars the development, training, and exposure they need to succeed. Through our 10-week paid internship, students are placed in a summer experience targeted toward their field of study. In addition, students receive training within the four pillars of the program:
