Company Information

The Democratic National Convention Committee is seeking summer interns to support the planning and execution of the 2024 Democratic National Convention. 
Interning with the 2024 DNCC is a unique opportunity for passionate and hardworking future leaders to gain real life hands-on experience in Democratic politics, strengthening their understanding of the political process and preparing them for political opportunities. 
The Summer Internship Program will begin June 10th, 2024 and end August 31st, 2024. A commitment of at least 20 hours per week is required for this program. 
Summer interns will be paid a monthly stipend of $1,380.
Interns will work closely with one of the following departments. Each department offers a unique learning experience. 

Qualifications

  • Applicants must be 18 years of age on or before the first day of the internship
  • Must be currently enrolled as a college student or a veteran of the United States Armed Forces who possesses a high school diploma or its equivalent and has served on active duty for any length of time, in the two years preceding the first day of the internship
  • Must have a minimum of a 2.5 GPA
  • Open to all Majors
  • Ability to commute to the Chicago office 5 days a week
  • Commitment of 20hrs per week from June 10th through August 31st (with flexibility on end date to accommodate the start of the Fall term)
