Our program is office-based. Interns learn the fundamentals of the commercial television production world through primarily working on set as a production assistant as well as working at our LA office. We are seeking personable, organized, motivated, enthusiastic self-starters. Must be a good listener and a very hard worker.
Our internship program is UNPAID (MUST BE CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN AN INTERNSHIP PROGRAM THROUGH A UNIVERSITY / COLLEGE). However, interns will be paid for their work on set and will receive gas mileage reimbursement.
Our program is a great way to meet and network with the top producers and freelancers in the LA commercial world, and most of all acquire some great professional set/office experience that will help you in any direction you decide to go.
Duties
- Assisting reception with administrative tasks such as keeping the office organized, answering phones, greeting guests, helping production teams or directors in the office
- Helping producers/production teams with production-related tasks (examples include running hard-drives to post-houses, running checks to vendors, or printing storyboards for the upcoming shoot.)
- Periodically reading scripts and doing coverage on them when the entertainment department needs extra eyes
- Listening in on pitch meetings
- Conducting research for various production/office-related projects
