JetFuel Studio is looking for a Production Intern to join us on our journey of building the industry’s next great force in the experiential marketing space.
Qualifications
- An interest in experiential marketing, and a willingness to learn about the industry (Prior internship or work experience is a plus)
- Currently attending or recently graduated from college and/or marketing industry experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
- Superior interpersonal skills and desire to work closely with the JetFuel team and clients
- Strong computer application skills (Mac Preferred) - (Google Workspace Apps, Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, box.com, Zoom, monday.com)
- Experience in live event production and/or technical theatre production is a plus
- Based in NYC area (ability to commute to our NYC Office 3 days/week)
Duties
- Scheduling meetings
- Helping manage event schedules
- Location & event research
- Detailed note taking during meetings
- Assisting with asset sourcing
- Helping maintain JetFuel vendor and event databases
