The Breezeline Market & Competitive Intelligence internship is an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to collect and curate market and competitive intelligence (MI/CI) for the organization.

Duties

  • Identify and catalog a library of key industry sources/resources
  • Continuously scan a breadth of relevant sources - articles, reports, databases, websites, etc. - and identify the most relevant material
  • Absorb, analyze, and transform MI/CI content into digestible and actionable insight
  • Begin to construct a platform for capturing and sharing critical MI/CI content based on expected utilization and desired (internal) customer experience
  • Develop an approach to sharing key MI/CI insight with key organizational stakeholders
  • Become a ‘go-to’ subject matter expert on broadband/cable/mobile competitors and market dynamics
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience (CX) team and extended marketing team stakeholders to incorporate MI/CI efforts into a more comprehensive and holistic insight engine
  • Explore and evaluate external MI/CI intelligence platforms that offer an opportunity to automate the collection and sharing of insight
  • Document work and insight generated to create visibility, facilitate collaboration, and ensure permanence/continued value
  • Participate in regularly scheduled CX team and marketing team meetings
  • Regularly share/present key insights
  • Provide occasional/as needed research and analytical support to the CX team
  • Perform other duties as needed/assigned
