Qualifications
- Creative minds eager to make a tangible difference through powerful visual stories
- Proficiency in design and motion graphics software, with an eye for detail, color, and typography
- Strong communicators and collaborators who value constructive feedback
- Students or recent grads in Graphic Design, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or similar, with 3-8 years of experience in design and motion graphics, including academic and internship projects
- A knack for simplifying complex concepts with engaging infographics and presentations
Duties
- Craft and animate captivating visual and motion graphics that echo with our youthful audience and bolster our mission for children's advocacy
- Collaborate with our marketing and project teams to ensure all designs and videos align with our core values and campaigns, from brainstorming to final execution
- Iterate designs based on feedback, upholding our dedication to impactful narratives and visual excellence
- Produce and finalize designs and videos for diverse platforms, ensuring top-notch quality and consistency
- Manage and maintain graphic design tools and equipment, advocating for efficiency and innovation in our creative workflow
- Coordinate with external partners to translate our vision into tangible designs and videos, enhancing our print and digital presence
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development within the design and video production realms, keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices
