Qualifications
- Strong understanding of advertising and marketing across a variety of channels and the ability to execute a campaign alongside the account manager
- Solid writing skills and pays attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple projects
- Flexibility
- Willingness to learn
Duties
- Assist in content creation for inbound marketing. This includes gathering information, writing initial drafts and distributing whitepapers, blog posts and other content
- Support for agency communications and events
- Research support for client projects
- Event coordination/attendance
- Assist with New Business Initiatives (presentation development, presenting, follow-ups, meeting reports)
- Attend client meetings with Account Team Members
- Project management (kickoff, scheduling, communication, estimating)
- Proofread materials
- Monitor competitive articles and advertising (digital and print)
- Assist with general administrative duties (phones, mail runs, word processing, shopping trips)
