Qualifications

• Currently a Junior or Senior student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field from an accredited University within the U.S. and its territories
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Paid Internship. Competitive Rates
• 3.2 GPA or higher
• US Citizen, Permanent Resident
• Duration of Internship: Typically, 8-12 weeks to accommodate students' schedule
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Firm grasp and knowledge of popular social media platforms / up to date with social trends and new application
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated and creative thinker and problem solver
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Duties

• Assist the marketing team in daily administrative tasks across various marketing channels including social media, public relations, lead generation and content creation
• Support the production, distribution and reporting of internal and external communications, including press releases, blogs, and employee communications
• Create engaging and relevant content for thought leadership and other marketing materials, as well as proofread copy for spelling, grammar and layout
• Perform market analysis and research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to support marketing initiatives
• Help manage and analyze data and metrics related to marketing campaigns
• Support the marketing and communications team with ad hoc tasks as needed
