A TPN Intern will get exposure to the day to day workings of agency life, but as a Marketing and New Business Intern will be responsible for the following duties
Qualifications
- Current college student that is a rising junior, senior, grad student or recent grad

Duties
- Supports team with delegated tasks/projects
- Supports on award initiatives, competitive audits, social support
- Creating “Get Smart” decks on prospective clients
- Developing credentials presentations to sell TPN to prospective clients
- Helps mainaining the online organization system to ensure all status documents are accurate and up to date
- Coordinates direction from Marketing and New Business teams to other internal TPNers regarding related work
- Organizes/attends internal kick offs and internal review meetings/status
- Creates and distributes meeting notes with clear next steps, action items and assigned responsibilities
- Supports day-to-day project flow, assisting Marketing and New Business teams to move through the full project life cycle, from kickoff to final execution and reporting
- Tasks can include, requesting job numbers, routing notes and decks for review/approvals, adhering to and communicating timelines and deadlines
- Help with an industry research project
