The Account Management intern must be highly motivated, have strong strategic, multi-tasking and organization skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will learn about the agency’s creative process and begin training to handle account management responsibilities such as competitive monitoring and reporting, project workflow in the creation of advertising, and communication with clients and partners.

Duties
- General support for Account Team
- Monitor and keep client team abreast of all industry trends and information related to assigned accounts
- Monitor and analyze competitive creative strategy and executions
- Proofread all creative materials
- Manage work flow on assigned projects to assure deadlines are met
- Prepare and distribute weekly status reports
- Issue conference reports in a timely manner
- Track budgets
- Issue all relevant traffic and media paperwork (work orders, PMAs, BMAs)
- Work closely with production and media teams to ensure all creative is trafficked out accurately and on time
- Secure client approval of estimates and media authorizations
- Ensure all paperwork and online filing is organized and up to date
- Fulfill ongoing day to day client requests
- Assist in preparation of new business proposals, as needed
