As an intern, your role is dynamic and hands-on. You'll be at the forefront of our marketing endeavors, starting with diving deep into competitive research. Your insights will directly influence the messaging and creativity of our campaigns, allowing you to understand and contribute to what makes us stand out in the competitive landscape. Collaboration is key, and you'll work closely with the marketing team to infuse fresh ideas into our campaigns. Your creativity will be a driving force in crafting messages that resonate with our audience and make a lasting impression.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled and pursuing Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field at 4-year college/university
- Passion for Marketing and Innovation
- Strong communication skills
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year
- Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships
Duties
- Analyze and understand the marketing messages of industry peers, helping craft our unique positioning
- Explore and dissect the network and solution offerings of our competitors, contributing insights to refine and improve our own offerings
- Investigate customer service, employee enablement, and innovations across various categories. Your findings will fuel our aim to innovate and stay ahead
- Take an active role in managing and following up on customer entries for The Unconventional Awards, ensuring a detailed and engaging process
- Engage with sales efforts tied to The Unconventional Awards, ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives and sales activities
