In this role, you will support all aspects of employer brand and university recruitment cycle by partnering closely with our employer brand team, university recruiting team, HR, and hiring managers to understand the talent market, utilize recruitment marketing, and generate talent pipelines. 

Qualifications

  • A current student enrolled in an accredited bachelor's degree program
  • 6+ months of marketing, public relations or recruiting/HR experience (can be from coursework or internships)
  • Demonstrated professional communication skills
  • Content creation experience (video editing, content planning, social media recommendations)

Duties

  • Identify and amplify stories that help our target candidates better understand what it is like to work at Lenovo
  • Partner with our recruiting, university recruiting, HR, brand and communications stakeholders to develop strategy and targeted campaigns to communicate our EVP via social media and content creation
  • Assist with the university recruitment process by developing a brand communication strategy, diversity promotion, candidate outreach, social media and employment branding, and hiring
  • Discover the key elements of an employer value proposition (EVP) for target audiences and create strategies and campaigns to attract those individuals
  • Develop candidate engagement strategies to help convert prospects to applicants
  • Assist with summer intern program projects
  • You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that will have a big impact on our team and Lenovo as a whole. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a wide variety of skills including branding, recruiting, program management, event planning, marketing, analytics, communication, and content creation
