The PR intern will support the PR team in executing seasonal PR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel/ Google Sheets (VLookUp, PivotTables, Avg ect), Google Suite
- Experience with Outlook and Onedrive
- Experience with Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator
- MUST have strong communication skills, good judgement and a positive attitude. Interns represent the brand
- Must be passionate about fashion and lifestyle brands and have knowledge of leading print and online publications, blogs and online influencers
- Previous PR internship experience required
- Ability to work part-time hours
Duties
- Research rising talent and influencers for potential collaborations and seasonal activations
- Assist the PR Coordinator with editorial sample requests
- Monitor logistics including messenger services, FEDEX, UPS, domestic/international shipments ensuring timely delivery
- Assist with seasonal gifting initiatives and seeding
- Perform general administrative duties including maintaining organized press library, archiving, packaging, gift wrapping ect
- Utilize Launchmetrics to input new samples, manage sample inventory, and track editorial/ stylist send-outs
