AI Business Consultant Intern

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, applying academic knowledge to real-world challenges. The intern will be responsible for analyzing business processes, providing insights to improve the user experience, participating in project calls, and assisting the AI Business Consultants with project tasks. Additionally, the intern will assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation to support the transformative business outcomes achieved through our C1 Elly AI automation projects.
Qualifications
- Interest in analyzing business challenges and providing insights that will drive improvements
- Knowledge or interest in AI, Customer Experience, Enterprise Business
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work well both independently as well as part of a team
- The ability to successfully juggle multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines
- High adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Basic understanding of MS Office (Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and/or Excel)
Duties
- Works collaboratively with the team to enhance engagement performance, deliverables, and client messaging
- Juggle multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines effectively
- Observe and participate in the planning and conducting of client workflow discovery interviews, and document findings
- Support the team by correlating information from multiple sources for the purpose of discovering the client’s explicit and implicit needs

- Learn and apply prompt engineering to generative AI powered workflows
- Dive into the exciting world of Natural Language Processing, human-centered experience design, and cutting-edge AI platforms like OpenAI
- Learn design tools such as Figma (or similar) to assist in designing and documenting industry-leading C1 Elly solutions
- Support the AI CoE team in the process of designing, building and/or tuning the end-to-end C1 Elly solution for customers
- Assist in communicating abstract concepts in a manner that is understandable to client stakeholders
Additional Notes
Bonus Qualifications:-Some understanding of Natural Language design platforms, Prompt Engineering, building Virtual Agents
-Knowledge of Design Tools like Figma
-Background in design problem solving and creative execution
-Programming skills/aptitude or knowledge of Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
-Good troubleshooting + problem-solving skills.
