Our Account Management Intern will work closely with the account team to support the planning, creation, and delivery of marketing initiatives for clients—including print, digital, radio, television, social, and content marketing. This person will be a task master, confidently owning their assigned work and collaborating easily across teams and with senior-level executives within the agency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency across social media channels and Microsoft Office tools
- Academic or internship experience involving social media, advertising, marketing, or other similar creative environments
- A strong attention to details while keeping the big picture in mind
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills
- A knack for proactively finding solutions—you consider yourself a maker and a doer
- A curiosity about evolving social and digital landscapes, and a genuine love of advertising
Duties
- Assisting in the day-to-day management of individual projects and miscellaneous campaigns for multiple brands
- Managing documents regarding internal processes and client projects (i.e., daily reports, status updates)
- Executing administrative tasks in support of client deliverables, including filing, making copies, completing FedEx runs, and booking conference rooms
- Initiating the opening of new jobs and creating action forms to facilitate communication among departments
- Assisting in the distribution and delivery of ads & marketing materials
- Seeking out and analyzing competitor marketing and sales materials, both online and offline (including social media)
- Keeping a current knowledge of industry trends and actively identifying ways to apply them where possible to active projects
- Working closely with internal teams to build a comprehensive knowledge of BBDO processes
- Participating in any agency-wide intern projects
Additional Notes
Internship (15 weeks)Hybrid in office and remote (3 days in, 2 days out)
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00-6:00 (may work only a maximum of 40 hours per week)
Paid hourly - $17/hour
