CATALYST PLANET is seeking an MBA Summer Intern to work directly with leadership at a fast-growing media and entertainment startup focused on travel, culture, sustainability, and social impact storytelling. Often described as “where wanderlust meets purpose,” CATALYST PLANET produces digital media covering global travel and social action topics while also building a platform for sustainable and small-group travel experiences.
Qualifications
- This internship is ideal for MBA students interested in startups, media, entertainment, digital strategy, consumer behavior, and emerging business models.
- Candidates should be analytical, entrepreneurial, curious about media innovation, and excited about working closely with a mission-driven startup team.
- Strong communication, research, presentation, and organizational skills are preferred.
Duties
- The intern will help research and evaluate new growth sectors for the company, including e-commerce, creative agency services, streaming and video programming, partnerships, events, and audience monetization strategies.
- Responsibilities may also include conducting market research, analyzing competitors and industry trends, helping organize focus groups and consumer feedback sessions, contributing to product development discussions, and assisting with strategic planning and business model refinement.
