Bern is a leader in snow and bike helmets, dedicated to keeping riders safe while supporting an active, adventurous lifestyle. We’re looking for motivated interns to join our Marketing/Sales team and gain hands-on experience in sales strategy, account management, and business development.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
- Interest in marketing, sales, or the outdoor sports industry.
- Basic proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets).
- Comfortable making cold calls and following up professionally.
Duties
- Conduct sales calls to retailer accounts to promote and sell Bern helmets.
- Manage a set number of assigned accounts each month and maintain weekly communication.
- Log all calls, communications, and outcomes in a shared spreadsheet to track progress.
- Participate in weekly check-ins with manager for updates, coaching, and feedback.
- Communicate with manager throughout the week for guidance or questions.
