In this position, you will learn how to use our appointment generation platform and develop ways to improve and expand its automation. Projects may involve setting up and optimizing social media and email outreach. Your projects will include communicating directly with a wide range of our target customers (non-profit leaders from across various good causes).
Qualifications

- Have a proactive mindset and like voice to be heard
- Have detailed note-taking habits
- Have time management skills: organized and dependable
- Have an eagerness to take initiative with ideas and communicate early and often
Duties
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance and improve appointment-setting policies and procedures
- Help with business development by implementing automation for business processes
- Review and advise about presentations to new and existing nonprofits to sell new advertising solutions and to protect and increase current advertising
- Reach out to prospective clients and partners to expand Bashpole’s services
- Provide clients with estimates of the costs of advertising services as well as their Return On Investment (ROI), Mission Impact (MI), and Lifetime Value (LTV)
- Build strong connections with other interns and staff people through networking, peer collaboration, and other weekly meetings while working remotely. Attend regular meetings to network and work alongside other teams and departments, preventing isolation and facilitating collaboration
