Qualifications
- Have an excellent attitude and ability to work well in both individual and group settings
- Proficient writing and public speaking skills
- Demonstrate digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Be able to generate original and imaginative solutions into business opportunities
- Demonstrate a forward-thinking and positive attitude
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to work part-time hours
Duties
- Support the operational execution of all ongoing and developing partnerships (to include: YETI, Honey Stinger, RIP-IT, among others)
- Support the communication with brand partners leads to ensure seamless brand execution
- Support the communication with facility and event operators to ensure seamless brand execution
- Streamline current management assets and suggest innovative approaches to increase efficiency
- Assist with internal events and meeting preparation
- Take and distribute meeting notes as needed
